Experience world-class beaches and surfing, miles of hiking, endless activities, exquisite cuisine all within minutes. Slow down, relax with anonymity and live like a Malibu local, all within a 10 minute commute to Santa Monica Pier. Small break out front or paddling distance to Topanga Break. 3 min walk to Reel Inn, Rosenthal Winebar, Quicksilver Flagship and Wyliesβs Bait Shop. At low tide, walk the beach to Mastroβs Ocean Club.

Both the bedroom with king bed and Living Room/Kitchen open onto large private terrace with lounging bed, seating area and dining. Small office or breakfast room with large ocean view window. A hallway off the living room leads to the bathroom (entrance in hallway) and bedroom. The shared deck below has board/kayak storage , double loungers and seating, table tennis and a staircase down to the public beach. Detached from the main house with its own separate entrance and on-site parking. Additional street parking available on PCH.
Located just past the βWelcome to Malibuβ sign (before Las Tunas), 5 miles from Santa Monica/10 freeway $8 uber ride (highest peak $14) to downtown Santa Monica. Within Postdates and Ubereats zone for delivery. Quiet neighbors, peaceful spot.
