This modern Malibu beachfront home is situated on a spectacular sandy cove. Re-designed by noted architect Ed Niles, the home has a master bedroom upstairs and a granite-topped kitchen.
Steps lead to one of the most pristine beaches in West Malibu. Celebrity neighbors cherish the location for both its beauty and its privacy. Accessed via security gate with intercom, the house has a two-car garage, and extra off-highway parking is available in the owners’ lot on the private road. Inside the garage we have recently installed a 40amp 240volt charger for electric vehicles.
In addition to the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs, there is a bonus studio with King bed downstairs and full bath. Outdoors you'll find an enclosed hot shower near the steps to the beach, and a convenient half bathroom adjacent to the laundry room.
The large patio is a virtual outdoor room, with teak couch, love seat, club chair, coffee table and dining table set.
Amenities include a flat-screen HD TV Frontier Communications (formerly Verizon) TV service with HD DVR, Fiber Optic (FiOS) 50/50Mbps Internet with Wi-Fi, nationwide telephone calls and limited international calling plan.
