Please note that beaumont house is for adults only and cannot accept guests under the age of 16, please note that the property cannot accept bookings of more than 3 rooms together, this hotel does not accept american express cards, the property does not have a 24-hour reception. guests wishing to check in after 18:00 must have written agreement from the property prior to arrival, a surcharge of£25 applies for arrivals at 18:00 - 20:00 and £45 at 20:00 - 22:00. all requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property, please be aware that £5 will be deducted from the total amount charged on your card, rather than the whole amount, we will deduct the remaining £5 from your reservation upon arrival using a chip and pin (only); identification and the original payment card are required, in the event that a card and identity are not present, we reserve the right to refuse entrance, and the entire amount that you paid is nonrefundable.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
