Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had a comfortable room and bathroom.

Negative: The floors were not clean. They were swept but not mopped. When we walked around in bare feet or socks, we had dirt covered feet and socks. Some of the towels were very old and had stains on them. I received several messages on the first day of our stay about parties and noise level. My group has been looking forward to this trip for months and had every intention of following the house rules but this seemed excessive. I felt we were judged before we even got there. Also, it would have been nice if we could have had our team's parents over for a meal once to celebrate the dancers going to Nationals but we didn't because we figured the owners would consider it a party. We chose to rent a house instead of a hotel for reasons like this and we weren't able to do it. We understand that the neighbors are close but we felt held back from fully enjoying our stay.

Summary: The house is very nice, checking in and out was easy, but not ideal for a team to stay.
