The space
The super deep flamingo pink couch is the perfect place to relax after your day in LA. A great place to read a book with a reading lamp or watch your favorite shows. Watch the sun set over the Griffith Park mountains and enjoy the warm light it invites, and once dark, our shades and neon light creates an ambient mood.
The dining table is solid vintage oak custom built from a barn in the Midwest surrounded by colorful fiberglass Modernica case study chairs. Enjoy a coffee table book from our built in bookshelf. Bathe in the abundant natural light by day and create mood lighting at night.
The bathroom is exquisite with Italian handmade tiles, a soaking tub, a Toto bidet toilet, and soft lighting. The crystal light is from the original Waldorf Astoria in NY and the tin-pan roof is also of the time. Enjoy a bubble bath while listening to your favorite music.
The kitchen boasts a superb oven with gas cookers, a dishwasher, roomy fridge, and all your basic cooking needs. We have a brand new washing machine and drier that is housed on the deck.
The bedroom is comfortable and peaceful. Our street is lovely and quiet and the window shades insure a great nights sleep.
The office bookcase houses inspiring books and art.
There is an option,upon discussion, of a large workspace studio next door.
The front garden is filled with Olive trees, rose bushes, lavender and succulents.
The backyard deck is stunning and spacious made from garapa wood and shaded by a bamboo roof. It is surrounded by Olive trees and our abundant passionfruit vine. Resplendent and serene under the magical lime tree.
