Nearest community pool only several townhouses away. Property sits on 4th fairway of Pete Dye-Westin resort golf course with Northeast mountain views. All utilities paid ($250 cap month on gas per month) and housekeeping every three weeks included. Pool cleaning twice weekly included and gardening in side courtyard every month included.
