It is 10 miles from Ludlow and the Welsh Marches and makes a great base to explore the South Shropshire AONB and much more.
The house comprises downstairs WC, fully fitted kitchen, sitting room with double doors out to paved garden with large grassed area beyond. First floor comprises main double bedroom with en-suite, second double bedroom, family bathroom and single bedroom. There are stairs up to a further twin bedroom. The house was completed in September 2017 to a high specification of finish, furnishings and equipment but with lots of individual slightly quirky features.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome
In addition to the dedicated lawn and patio you are welcome to use the host's boating pond and tennis court and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the main house.
