At night you will hear owls hooting. There are the occassional coyote that may walk by. Our home is called "Eagle's Nest" for a good reason. We sit high above the rest of the world with a 360 degree bird's eye view of beautiful landscaped agricultural fields down below. It is on a private road with properties all 20 or 40 acres. Although it is very private with little noise or traffic it is still close to the #101 freeway. The home is completely furnished with beautiful wood floors throughout! Eat in kitchen! Be close to nature yet close to the city! Golfing & Beaches nearby! Popular Camarillo Premium Outlet Center just a few minutes away! Close to many wedding venues! 20 minutes to the Beach!
