We welcome you to our mini-resort retreat right next door to Magic Mountain - only 8 minute driving. A perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of LA while having access to all city attractions. The city has multiple hiking trails and also Valencia town center with plenty of options for shopping and dining.
UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
NO PETS – Pets are not permitted on the property unless agreed upon in advance with an additional deposit of $250 minimum. Additional Pet fees may apply up to $750/per pet, depending on the size and breed.
UNAUTHORIZED FILMING - if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
We also recommend buying a damage protection policy $99 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guest against damages covered in this policy.
