I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces. Please do not ask for an exception. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc. Not providing these items helps keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guest. The only seasoning that is provided is salt and pepper.
