Locally owned and created with love. Located on 10 private acres in the quiet Morongo Valley, the Bees Knees Barn is a unique desert escape that you must experience. This 2,150 sq ft gathering place is where your friends and family can unwind, let loose, and reconnect with nature and each other. Located 25 minutes from Joshua Tree and 35 minutes from Palm Springs. The Barn is also conveniently close to Coachella and Stagecoach. The perfect spot to decompress between and after Festival days.
The Space:
This desert barn is a vacation home designed to set the mood to nourish the heart, mind and soul. Gather for meals, meditation, or stimulating conversation. The house has a spacious master bedroom in the back with French doors that open to the patio. The main floor of the barn has one private room with a Queen bed and door that lead to the second bathroom. The second bathroom can also be accessed from the dining/living area. Upstairs is another closed off queen bedroom, and the third room has 3 dorm style twin beds with plenty of personal space between. With 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen made for entertaining and a children’s nook. The Bees Knees Barn has everything you could need and with 10 acres of land backed up to the mountains, there is plenty of private space for everyone to enjoy.
This magical art space took a lot of love a creativity to bring it to life.
We really focused on creating a space unlike anything else in the desert. The barn is certainly a feast for the eyes and a healthy dose of color therapy.

Guest Access:
Car is essential. Ample free parking.
The Neighborhood:
We live on a very quiet dirt road with three houses.
The 10 acre property is very private.
Other Things to Note:
Primary guest will be asked provide a screenshot of photo ID and to complete a renter’s agreement within 48 hours of booking.
Pets are allowed! Pet fees are $50 per night/per pet.
Please indicate in your request for reservation what kind of pet you will be bringing.
We do ask that you keep your pet with you, and that by agreeing to stay you also agree to be responsible for any major damages your pet may cause (such as destroying a sofa or chair after being left in the house alone).
Please note that there will be an additional $75 for all unpaid/undeclared animals (and people) per night too.
Internet: We have the fastest internet money can buy out here, info will be provided upon entry.
TV: There is one smartTV in the living room so you can access your own Netflix/Hulu accounts.
