Summary: I had a great time at the hotel. Though there were a few notable problems. There was a smell of new paint as they were going through construction, and gets very noticeable in the lobby. Also you don't get a room card key you take with you outside the hotel, instead they give you a physical key to use when you're at the hotel, and if you leave then you got to return to front desk and ask for it back every time you come back to the hotel to access your room. I didn't really particularly minded these problems but just a caution to other travelers. The room itself was fine, the bathroom felt a bit larger than other hotels in Japan i've stayed in.
