The spacious upstairs flat is filled with light and has 2 bedrooms, a large living-dining room, top-of-the-line appliances and a bathroom with dual shower heads and unique tile work. A secure private entrance leads to a garden with a fire pit and cozy chairs. The Berkeley neighborhood is very special. Step outside to coffee shops, fine dining and craft bars. Feel free to ask where good spots are to try out, we're happy to help. There's an awesome little indie theater just a few minutes down the street, and we're just a 20 min walk to the UC Berkeley campus, and event center.
Getting Around:
The Rockridge BART station is a 10 minute walk away. From there you can get to the city of San Francisco in 20 minutes.
There's also a bus stop across the street.
There's a Ford GOBike station a half a block from the house, which is a convenient and affordable way to rent a bike for a one-way trip or day time adventure.
There's also usually plenty of e-scooters around close by if you want to take a fun, quick trip without breaking a sweat.
