Positive: the house was well designed and the location wonderful

Negative: We would NEVER book using Vacasa again. We reached out to request early checkin by 1 hour, and were told that was not possible despite the location being vacant the night before. We were given 2 garbage bag replacements for a 3 nite stay of 10 people. We were left a quarter of a roll of 1 paper towel and not 1 spare. There is 1 set of 3 pans for cooking on the stovetop and each was sacratched so extensively they should have been considered a health hazard. We were told late check out was avaIable, but when we called, the folks needed to be reached by Vacasa never responded. Both locks on the sliding doors leading out could not easily be done, and it was a 5 minute process each tiome locking was necessary. The tsarer ignition swith o the gas grill did not work.

Summary: the house is beautiful, working with Vacasa a nightmare!
