The space:
- A brand new designed gem, a perfect place for you, your friends, or your family to come back to after LA/Orange County/Disney Land/Universal Studio visit.
- The home is designed super well with attentions to details from the front yard to whole house to the back yard with your comfortable in mind.
- The house has a very nice layout. When you enter the front door, you will find and bright and happy living room with a 65 inch TV, two sofas and two chairs with plenty of seats for everyone. The main hallway take you back to three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 8.
- First bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom
- Second bedroom has two full beds
- Third bedroom has a king bed
- Hallway bathroom has a bathtub/shower and double sinks
- From the living room, kitchen is on the right with a dinning space seating for 6 people and 3 bar stools
- Dinning room is connected to outdoor seating space with pool and relaxing super nice backyard
- Garage has been converted to a game room with ping pong table and a foosball table. Can park 2 cars in front of the garage

- Guests have access to the whole house
- Pool heating has associated cost. Please check with us.
Other things to note:
- Please note that we are not refilling propane tank. You can take an empty tank to home depot for refilling with a small fee
- Early Check-in fee: $35 per hour
- Late Check-out fee: $35 per hour

- Please keep quiet in the backyard after 10pm
