Access to the beach is via a shared staircase only 2 houses away. If you don’t want to walk down the steps you can drive around the corner and be dropped off to walk right onto the beach.
Our community is very quiet place with lots of good people who appreciate their homes and our beautiful community. We take pride in respecting our beloved neighbors and the calm vibes and trust you will too. Being a good neighbor that is respectful is paramount to us and anyone who will stay in our home.
Our home is situated on a .6 acre bluff enclosed with hedges and a beautiful gardens that bloom all summer long. We also have herb garden that we hope you will water and use to capture the flavors of the summer !
Our home features 3 bedrooms with the option of our downstairs summer enclosed porch being the 4th with a queen size air mattress at your disposal for your stay. This room also has a marble table and Herman Miller desk chair should you need a dedicated work space away from the office.
Our upstairs enclosed porch is air conditioned if you should need it and has a day bed and sofa and can easily accommodate another guest or two if they don’t need an official bedroom.
Our kitchen is totally open with a large center island and overlooks the sunroom with nearly floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water. We have two bathrooms - one on the main level adjoining the primary bedroom and the hall with a tub and shower combo and the downstairs has large marble and glass enclosed shower with 3 shower heads, Swedish shower to enjoy while admiring the sea through the bathroom window. If you prefer, we also have an outdoor shower with both cold and hot water also with views of the Sound.
Our home has a traditional living room with a piano and no TV but gets great morning light and is wonderful to enjoy while having coffee or tea.
The den downstairs has a huge SmartTV with an amazing picture and a Sonos soundbar to get cozy and have family movie time.
Outside you can grill or lie in the sun in the chaise lounges while others cook for you! We even have an Uni pizza oven for fun family pizza night and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and relaxing in the outdoor sofa and lounge chairs.
Come live the dream and experience waterfront north fork living at its best. Extremely Close to a some of our favorite wineries where you can walk or bike, farm stands selling juicy cantaloupes, strawberries or super sweet corn are moments away as well.
We have WI-FI, bikes, beach equipment and extra towels and a hammock for your to enjoy.
