To the right of the built-in vintage hutch, is the gourmet and well-stocked kitchen, equipped with all stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space, and is ready for an enjoyable shared culinary experience with your guests.
Step outside of the front porch door to relax in the beauty of the patio which is a fenced oasis of fun for friends, pets, and kids. The yard includes Adirondack chairs where the adults can relax with a cold beverage, and a barbecue grilling station for cookout evenings amidst the hanging bistro lights. The yard is a perfect spot for friends traveling together to make memories, play a round of cornhole, and raise a glass to fun times in the city.
Three bedrooms are on the main floor and one larger room is upstairs. The primary bedroom on the 1st floor has a plush king bed, a large walk-in closet, and a private ensuite with a vanity and shower/tub combo. The bungalow is a wonderful setup for families as the corner bedroom adjoins either the primary bedroom or the back bedroom. The second corner bedroom downstairs welcomes guests with a queen-sized bed, closet, and a cozy space to tuck in at night. The third bedroom also features a plush memory foam queen bed and adjoins the second bathroom, which has a vanity, step-in shower, and toilet. And for fun, the fourth bedroom upstairs, "the bunk room," consists of four twin beds, a flat-screen TV for kids to enjoy their own shows or the perfect slumber party spot for ladies/guys weekends. The home also has a porta-crib available.
The bungalow has 2 parking spaces available by opening the gate in the yard. If needed, there is a laundry machine with a washer, dryer, iron & board available. The home is within walking or biking distance of several shops, coffee houses, restaurants, bars, breweries, parks, and grocery stores. It is a short drive to many activities including Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, surfing and beaches, checking out Legoland, cruising the boardwalk on bikes, or enjoying the many restaurants and entertainment in the Gaslamp District--there is no shortage of fun to be had.
