Relax with family, VERY near the Point Reyes National Seashore. Our enclosed yard is the sunniest lot in Inverness, and a short walk to Chicken Ranch or Shell Beach. Great jumping off point to get to all Tomales Bay and ocean beaches and trails. Excellent garden and yard for outdoor dining. Quiet, cozy house sleeps 4 comfortably, with special features for families with young children. Unlike most houses in West Marin, our home features NEW ductless heat and AC and upgraded WIFI.
Mid century modern “Eichler” style home. Skylights, open concept living area, dining and kitchen, new modern appliances, two bedrooms, one story. Excellent outdoor patios and big, flat yard with lawn games available. Sunny fully enclosed yard, outdoor dining. Monitor kids from the kitchen window as they run amok outside.
8-minute walk to Chicken Ranch Beach and 20-minute, flat, kid-friendly walk to Shell Beach! Walking distance to park trailheads.
The yard and house are available for guests, and there are no other buildings on the property. Garage, laundry and private office closed to guests.

Seahaven neighborhood of Inverness is your last stop before Point Reyes National Park. You cannot get closer to beaches and extensive state park trails, the lighthouse and towns of Inverness and Point Reyes. Close to Saltwater restaurant, Marina/kayaking and Yacht Club. Chicken Ranch Beach and Shell Beach walking distance.
Best reached by car. Parking in driveway 3-4 cars.
Second bedroom has a trundle bed and sofa makes out into a very comfy air top bed. House has a high step-in shower which may not work for those with limited mobility. Not wheelchair accessible due to narrow doors and stairs. Uneven footpaths and natural terrain in yard. This is a rural location with wildlife, especially at night. We do not recommend night hiking as the trails in the state park are narrow and people have become disoriented and lost after dark. Mountain lions have been spotted on night time security cameras in the area.
Please leave all towels on kitchen floor, start dishwasher and take out all trash and recycling upon departure. Please leave key in lockbox. Thanks! This is a no shoe household.
