We welcome you to stay at the Bolinas Victorian Garden Cottage.
Set in the heart of the quaint village of Bolinas, this property was originally constructed in the late 1800's when San Franciscans came for weekends or whole summers via schooner. The most notable schooner was The Owl which shipped local butter, cheese, hogs, produce, duck eggs and more to the markets of San Francisco, then returned to Bolinas with mail. The home once was a milliners shop! Without losing its historical charm the home has been lovingly modernized and features clean, mid-century interior décor.
Privacy is created with a gated lovely garden in front and multiple seating areas around the property toLocated in the heart of downtown Bolinas, without loss of its vintage historical charm this 2 brm/ 2 ba home features mid-century interior décor. Relax and enjoy the Marin coastal air in the privacy of a gated garden with multiple seating areas. The house is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and tennis courts and is around the corner from restaurants and shops. There is a 60" flat screen TV, Youtube and Apple TV, DVD player (with a DVD library), SONOS, and Wi-Fi. There is a large outdoor deck just off the kitchen with a long dining table and gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower. Two off street parking spots.
There is never a dull moment in Bolinas! Watch the sunrise on Bolinas Beach and the Sunset at Agate Beach.
Walk to the Bolinas Museum which is known for its excellent art, photography and history exhibitions.
The home is a short walk to play tennis, surf, fish, beach comb, build sandcastles.

Summary: This house is beyond charming and the location cannot be beat. Bolinas is such a great town and we loved the house. We will absolutely be back!
