Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. Situated in a peaceful part of Bonita right on the edge of a canyon, you'll get some ocean views with great sunsets from the front of the house and beautiful mountain views and sunrises from the backyard. It's perfect to unwind and have fun in this home with all it's fun amenities: pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, foosball table, games, movie room, & more! We've recently installed central AC to this home for added comfort as well!
The Space:
Driving up, you'll see the Point Loma peninsula and some ocean views, so be sure to catch an amazing sunsets from the front!
As soon as you walk in, you're sure to feel right at home here! Newly decorated in a farmhouse boho style with lots of fun flair throughout the home! This spacious home has 4 bedrooms, an upstairs living room, and a downstairs living room, which we have turned into a game room / cinema room.
After playing outside in the pool all day, or exploring all that San Diego has to offer, we know you'll be ready to gather around and watch your favorite movie with your friends / family on our projector, eat some popcorn, and maybe play some foosball while you're down there!
Kids are sure to love the pool, parents are sure to love the hot tub (and maybe some beer / wine), and EVERYONE will love the fire pit, BBQ, ocean sunsets, mountain sunrises, and more that our peaceful hillside home can offer right here in Bonita, San Diego. We consider it our own private little resort and we can't wait to share it with you!

The Neighborhood:
Bonita is a quaint suburb of San Diego! Just a short drive from the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, all of San Diego's beaches, and more!! You'll find plenty of delicious local cuisine, cafes, golf courses, baseball fields, gyms, hiking trails, and you'll even see some horses here in Bonita! Be sure to go down the street to check out Lolitas taco shop (and get their California Burrito) and then head to Hans and Harry's Bakery - home of the world-famous Fresh Fruit Strudel, decadent cakes, and delicious pastries and desserts. Your stomach will thank you!

Driving is the best way to get around.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
Please note the pool doesn't have a heater, only the jacuzzi can be heated. The controls for the jacuzzi are on the jacuzzi.
Pls note the pool maintenance tech comes every Tuesday to tend to the pool. They do not enter the home at all to work on it.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
