The space
The space: This is a house that my wife & I live in with our dog & we rent it occasionally when we don't need it. The apartment will be clean & safe & it will not be hotel level clean/we will have food in the kitchen & personal items in some drawers/areas of the house.
Winthrop is a beautiful coastal town located just 10 minutes from downtown Boston. Our house is conveniently located almost directly next door to Winthrop's beach front Cafe Rosetti's & is walking distance from Twist & Shake ice-cream. Also, we often eat Bahn Mi Sandwhiches/Pho at New Saigon & get papusas at Mi Puebelito a quick drive away.
