☀ Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $100 for 1 pet and
$50 per additional pet, maximum of 2 pets. Dogs ONLY, under 20lbs

☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book
☀ Please report any damages that occur during stay
☀ Pool heater is only available from June to September. Spa all around the
year. Pool is not available between October 1st through March 30th. Spa is
available during this time.

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may
apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
