Constructed in late 2021, this immaculate home is for those who are looking for a modern, clean, and stylish place to stay in Wine Country! Entering onto the ground floor, the home offers a large 2 car garage for guest parking and easy access to the home. As you head up the stairs to the next level, there are two bedrooms - one bedroom has a memory-foam king size bed and the other bedroom has a memory-foam queen sized bed. There is also a sparkling full bathroom on this floor, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use.
The main floor boasts an open floor plan with the amazing and fully stocked and organized kitchen, living room, and dining room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has brand new stainless steel appliances (Keurig pod/coffee maker, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator). There are 4 barstools at the kitchen counter for your guests to relax at and also a workspace at the kitchen counter for your work from home needs. The living room has a large 65'' flat screen tv with a sofa, loveseat, and oversized chair, offering plenty of seating for guests. The living room has floor to ceiling windows that let in an amazing amount of natural light and also has a gas fireplace to keep cozy! Off of the living space is the dining area which has a table that seats 6.
The primary bedroom is the only bedroom on the top floor and is very private. There is a memory-foam king bed, a tv, and a gas fireplace in the bedroom. There is also a balcony off of the primary bedroom with a small outdoor table and chairs for two that overlooks the backyard and patio. The gorgeous en-suite bathroom has a separate bathtub and standalone shower with a waterfall showerhead. Between the bedroom and bathroom is a large walk-in closet. Also on this floor is a small loft area with a futon and another living space great for kids or relaxing.
There is also a small backyard with outdoor furniture that can be accessed from the two downstairs bedrooms!
This is a luxury hotel-like home that is perfect for your weekend away in beautiful Wine County!
