This lavish home is exquisite from the moment you step in. The downstairs sitting room is complete with deep seating plush couches and coffee table.
Next is the large dining table with seating for 8, and a view of the backyard.
Continue through to the kitchen and there is a breakfast nook with seating for four, and access to the backyard. Kitchen has a subzero refrigerator, oven, high end wall microwave, plenty of cabinet and counter space, stove top, and dishwasher. The countertops are gorgeous white granite and naturally lighting fills the entire downstairs with the San Diego sun. Kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, silverware, glassware, coffee maker and cooking utensils.
In the living room you will find more comfortable plush seating with an oversized sectional perfect for watching TV, or waiting your turn for the next round of pool.
Pool table is accompanied by two pub height barstools and table.
Laundry room is massive, yet out of the way from the rest of the house, and has a new full size washer and dryer.
There is also a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and private bathroom.
As you travel upstairs on the exquisite staircase you will see the loft seating area with a pull out bed. There is also an amazing view from the balcony off of the loft.
The master has double doors and opens to a beautiful large room with Cal. king bed, sofa, dresser cabinet, and large windows that open to the backyard, as well as a private balcony.
The master en suite has dual walk in closets, and separate sinks for additional counter space. Large walk in shower with high end tiles, and a sumptuous stand alone tub with views of the backyard.
The next room has a queen bed with large windows to let the sun stream through, with plenty of closet space and dresser drawers.
Shared bathroom upstairs enjoys dual sinks, and large tub/shower.
Third and fourth bedrooms also has a queen bed, dresser drawers and large windows.
The backyard is immaculately landscaped, and is perfect for gathering to enjoy the sun, watch the kids play, and enjoy your morning coffee. Lush grass throughout, and a wonderful waterfall into a Koi pond.
The rest of the yard has a large outdoor seating area for eight, and a built in BBQ covered with oversized patios. Newly installed backyard golf putting to add much more fun to your trip.
