Summary: It's hard to decide which is better - the home itself or the property owner Stevie! The home is not only beautiful, but super functional. There's room for everyone and everyone has room. The downstairs bedroom is perfectly set up for an office space (which was exactly what we needed) but could has easily served just as well solely as a bedroom. The dual living spaces were ideal - we could hang in one space while our kids enjoyed the other. The open concept floor plan also meant I could keep an eye on the kids no matter where I was. The appliances all worked well - the oven was a bit tricky as it doesn't have a "desired temperature reached" alarm but we fortunately didn't have a problem with that. Stevie made sure we had plenty of space for our stuff - the fridge was empty, plenty of space in the freezer, and shelves in the cabinets cleared out for a pantry. The washer and dryer are fairly new and their use was made even better by the laundry chute. Our kids enjoyed helping with laundry by dropping clothes down the chute (and I'll take whatever help I can get!). The beds are all super comfortable and the shutters keep the spaces perfectly dark at night. Stevie made sure we have plenty of storage space for our stay - we had access to a closet, hanging rods, drawers, etc - everything we needed and more! The mudroom by the front door was perfect for storing stuff as we entered and exit such as backpacks, shoes, etc. The backyard is incredibly enjoyable. The kids loved the trampoline and soccer net while we could watch and hang at the dining table or seating area. There's also a jacuzzi available to use. There's plenty of parking - the driveway is huge and Stevie gave us access to the garage and that was helpful as well. We stayed for 6 weeks due to water damage in our home and what was an incredibly stressful time was made easier by Stevie. She truly is a gem! She is so friendly and helpful; she has the perfect balance of checking in to make sure everything was ok at the house without coming across as over-bearing. She was super accommodating and flexible with our situation and not knowing exactly how long we needed to stay and we are so grateful for her! I can't recommend the home enough!
