Located just minutes to Brookside golf club, and to Old Town Pasadena with its fabulous dining and shopping, Oak Haven is a great spot to use as a home base for your trip to LA. Only a quick jaunt to the Rose Bowl Stadium to cheer on your favorite team or refresh yourself at the aquatic center, the location can’t be beat. Oak Haven is a great springboard as it’s just a short drive to Downtown Los Angeles, Staples Center, Dodgers Stadium, L.A. Zoo, Universal Studios, or Hollywood Blvd.
This modern and comfortable home with tree bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fantastic outdoor entertaining space, is waiting for you! The abundant natural light, spacious living room, coved ceilings, and arched entrance leading to the dining room all provide an appealing and charming environment for your vacation.
You will definitely enjoy the stylish and fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and a 5-burner gas range that makes cooking a breeze! The home’s split plan has two bedrooms off the hallway, one with a king bed and one with a queen, both with luxurious linens for a restful night of sleep. These bedrooms share a fully updated bathroom with a rain shower head.
The private master bedroom suite, with its own access to the side porch, is furnished with a king-size bed, luxurious linens and pillows, beautiful new modern furniture, and a private bathroom.
A professionally designed backyard, with oversize stone pavers, creates a path to a fantastic covered seating area next to a gas BBQ, perfect for dining or an outdoor get-together.
On the side of the house, through french doors from the dining room, is another covered seating area with ample space for kids to play and adults to gather, soak in the Southern California sun, and cherish special time with relatives and friends!

There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot and a toaster. Additionally, all the cutlery, tableware, and basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.
PARKING: Driveway and street parking are available. There is no garage access.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
