Recently remodeled with warm hardwood floors, luxurious exotic quartzite counters, and an updated bathroom, this beach house's central location offers a short walk to the sand, the pier, Live Oak Park (which has basketball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, a ceramics room, etc.), the Metlox, El Porto, and more! Enjoy Manhattan Beach in this bright and open upper unit of a duplex. Not in the photo there is also a custom built-in L bench to go with the custom dining table.
House Rules (Please Read Before Booking):
1. No Parking in Driveway or Alleyway - Please avoid parking in the driveway or alleyway. If you need to unload, please do so quickly (5 minutes or less) and never leave your car unattended. This is a highly monitored ticket and towing zone.
2. No Smoking - No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes of any kind inside or outside anywhere on the property.
3. Noise - We ask if all guests may please be mindful of noise for the sake of the other unit and nearby neighbors, especially during quiet hours of 7am to 10pm.
4. No Un-Registered Guests - Only pre-registered guests allowed on the property.
5. No Fireplace Use - The lower unit fireplace is currently capped and cannot be used.
6. Please not leave food, drinks, dirty dishes, dirty laundry, or anything that ants might like out since there can be wandering ants and we are trying to avoid spraying any pesticides.
$30 luggage drop-off fee per day. Luggage would be stored in a shared garage. Host is not responsible for dropped off luggage.
