The space
Step into wine country luxury living! This immaculate brand new home and resort-like property in the heart of Sonoma wine country offers you and your family or friends the ultimate vacation experience. Sleeping 8 guests comfortably, the home features two master bedrooms, both of which are ensuite, and all four bedrooms are on the ground floor and equipped with king sized beds and luxurious linens.
The open concept design welcomes you into a spacious living room complete with smart tv, fireplace, and comfy sofa, and is open to the large dining room and gourmet kitchen, which is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Thermador range, and large island perfect for gathering with friends. A centerpiece is the breathtaking 9-foot tall glass wall that glides to an 8 foot-wide opening onto the covered patio with views of the sparkling pool and hot tub, emerald green lawn, and pastoral beauty beyond. The patio features resort-style chaises, tables, and a fire pit, as well as a world class grill for outdoor cooking. The pool features an 11-foot baja shelf, perfect for the guest who wants to lounge in the sun while enjoying the shallow water, and a large 8-person jacuzzi.
Upstairs is a large media room with smart tv, bumper pool table, games, and deep cushioned couch perfect for watching a movie after dinner or enjoying a game on Sunday. The upper floor's museum-inspired half bath is an extra convenience and luxury for guests.

The heated jacuzzi is available year-round with our compliments.
The pool is heated throughout the summer, and can be heated May and October upon request for an additional fee.
