This pretty mid-terraced cottage backs onto St George's Church in the small picturesque medieval village of Dunster. This cosy Dunster cottage is believed to date back to the mid 1800s and has retained some of the original features, but has been updated complete with two good-sized bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, a fitted kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburner. This Dunster cottage has the added attraction of a shared mature cottage garden just a short walk from the front door, and guests are welcome to sit and enjoy the flowers. There are plentiful walks around this Dunster cottage, either into the deer park up on the Exmoor Hills or along the coastal path just a couple of miles away. The village itself has plenty of interesting gift shops, small grocery shops and a host of historic buildings, as well as a church whose bells can be heard both during the day and into the night. A short drive will take you to the pretty harbour at Watchet or west towards Porlock, and the steep hills climbing out of the village up onto Exmoor.
