Nestled in a quiet gated community, this 2-story home offers 2500 ft. of living space. As you explore our beautiful home, you will find 3 spacious bdrms + 1 bonus rm upstairs, as well as a fully equipped laundry room. The large primary bdrm is a sanctuary of relaxation featuring a spa-like suite bathroom and roomy walk-in closet. Downstairs offers a open concept floor plan and a nice office for our busy bee guests. Plenty of room and activities for families and children. We have it all.

There is a strict no smoking policy inside our home . Parking: the driveway offers (2) parking spaces. Street parking is not allowed passed 10pm. Parking is enforced through the community patrol and violators will be subject to vehicle being towed at owners expense. If you need additional parking, you must park outside the community gates on the street.
