3,400sf home on 1.5 acre wooded lot with two small creeks. New 7-seat HOT TUB! Private pool with waterfalls and large decks and patios. Newly renovated kitchen anchors this spacious home in the Lake Hills community, just 20 minutes from downtown Austin. High-speed wifi (500mbs) and Sonos speakers. Very large master bedroom (king) with attached bathroom suite (including bidet and large shower); huge open concept kitchen/living/dining room; two additional bedrooms (both queens); game room with 60" TV and custom queen Murphy bed; two twin mattresses (not beds, just mattresses) in office (bunk bed pending but not arrived yet); gas fireplace in living room; huge decks and patios; playscape. Enjoy cooking out by the pool on the propane grill!
This is our actual home, so it is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. We are making it available for you while we are away. Come and enjoy!
N.B.: our pool is not heated. Pool temperature is subject to local, recent ambient temperatures. DOG OWNERS: our yard is not fenced. We are a secluded, wooded property with roaming deer.
Only several blocks away is a newly opened Patrizi's restaurant/bar with incredible Italian food and craft cocktails! Just down the street on Cuernavaca is an awesome local coffee shop and breakfast/lunch kitchen, The Civil Goat. Enjoy!
Downtown Austin is 15-20 minutes away, but major grocery stores, bars and restaurants are only 11 minutes away in either direction (either towards Austin or away).
