You must read and acknowledge the City of Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to booking Casa El Cid. Palm Springs has a zero tolerance policy regarding any type or volume of amplified music outside of the home at any time. This includes any type of speakers, including music played on a cell phone. If indoor or outdoor music can be heard from the property line you are in violation of the city sound ordinance. You can/will be fined if city authorities are called to the house. Any fines incurred will be the sole responsibility of the renter. Palm Springs does not issue warnings for violation of the sound ordinance and if authorities are called you will face immediate eviction from the home and forfeiture of all fees paid.
SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS:
For guests and owners safety there are 4 video surveillance cameras operating at all times on the exterior of property. One video doorbell is at the front door, one camera is aimed at the driveway/street above the garage, and two cameras are in backyard aimed at each side gate with video and photo capture. There are no cameras on the interior of the home and no cameras are aimed at any widows of the home or the pool or hot tub. Any attempt to disable or obscure the cameras will be considered a violation of house rules and subject to cancellation of the rental and forfeiture of fees paid.
