When you step into the home, you will walk into the large entryway and continue into the open kitchen with the ideal island to entertain. The kitchen is complete with granite countertops and stocked with all your cooking needs from plates and cups to pots and pans. The stunning living room has 22-foot-high ceilings with 2 crystal and wrought iron chandeliers and an oversized fireplace. The large sectional couch is also a pull out bed. Outside on the private backyard patio is a BBQ for outdoor entertaining and a patio table.
Casa Esmeraldo has 3 spacious bedrooms, each hooked up with AC units and fully furnished with beautiful Restoration Hardware furniture, all complete with their own bathrooms. On the second floor there is a second living room with a TV and 2 large bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and a large TV and the other with a queen sized bed. On the third floor there is a 3rd oversized bedroom with a twin sized bunk bed and a king sized bed plus its own attached bathroom. There are two balconies in the home, one off the 3rd floor and one off the master bedroom. There are Sonos speakers throughout the 1st and 2nd floor of the home. Curved TVs are located in the main living room, the master bedroom and the 2nd level living area, all with cable. The townhome is gated and has a connected 2 car garage with an electric car charger.
Guests will be asked to sign a CAR month to month agreement. Utilities are capped at $500/month for stays 3-6 months. Tenant to pay any amount over. For year lease - all utilities are to be transferred to tenants name and paid in full by tenant.
