Summary: Horrible experience—avoid this place! First off, the address listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. When I called the owner for clarification, he yelled at me and threatened to cancel our reservation if we didn't arrive by midnight. We managed to check in 20 minutes before midnight, only to find a filthy room. The fan was literally falling apart, the TV didn't work, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. To make matters worse, Hotels.com failed to mention that the bathroom is shared—and it was disgusting. The next morning, the owner eagerly called us at 9:00 AM demanding to know when we were leaving, even though checkout wasn't until 11:00 AM. Customer service is nonexistent here. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
