The central San Diego house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, detached house in a quiet neighborhood which is centrally located in the tranquil and beautiful suburb of Clairemont Mesa in San Diego. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the property is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. The master bedroom has a master bath and the two other bedroom's share a bathroom which has a beautiful oversized jacuzzi jetted tub. The kitchen has a double oven, microwave, and gas stovetop. There is a large peninsula which is perfect for those who wish to cook. The family room has an open concept, sofa, recliner, and a gas fireplace. The 55" television has a HD cable package and the WIFI signal is strong throughout the house. The family room ceiling is tongue and groove knotty pine and creates a comfortable cabin atmosphere. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire property with travertine entryway. The main hall bath has a 6' x 4' Kohler Jacuzzi tub designed for soaking. On colder evenings the gas fireplace is perfect to take the chill off. Or you can light the fire pit in the spacious backyard and enjoy the fresh San Diego coastal breeze and view the night sky. We are pet friendly so bring the pooch. There is a $25 per night per pet. The laundry room is shared with Dan who lives in a granny flat in the backyard which is separated from the house via an 8 foot privacy fence. There is no garage available for guests. Dan is available to assist the guests in anyway necessary but respects your privacy. This is a quiet neighborhood and guests are asked to be respectful to the neighbors by being quiet after 8pm.
