This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot 4 miles outside Barnstaple and within easy reach of several sandy beaches. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.
Staying here allows you access to a private garden, bbq and stunning views over the valley.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This cottage has 3 double bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king sized bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed with an additional single bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed. We are currently installing a new barbecue area out the back with seating area with lovely views over the valley, have posted some pictures nearly finished, just seating and barbecue to go in, will post more pictures when completed.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first floor bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The ground floor bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Please bring beach towels if required.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property for up to 2 vehicles. (A further space may be possible)
- A dishwasher is included for your use.
- A pet is allowed at the property.
