Spacious (810 sq. ft.) one BR (open concept), one bath with full kitchen, sleeps 2-3 with one queen bed, sofa and a large reclining chair. French doors open to private garden area with many fruit and flowering trees. Large screen TV, DVD player, DirecTV, and a large DVD collection. Bedroom has working a fire place. Outdoor area is spacious with room for relaxing or entertaining small groups with a gas grill, and Tiki torches. Parking is always available on quiet cul-de-sac. The property is handicapped accessible with no steps from the street to the interior. Arriving guests are provided with some snacks and soft drinks so they can relax upon arriving. Palomar Mountain Spring water is dispensed from the fridge door. A number of personal care items are provided if you've forgotten something. Two plush bathrobes are available for guests. Our cottage is meant to be a home away from home and includes 100 Mbps Fiber Optic/wifi and a comfortable work desk in the living room among other features. We are proud to announce our guest home is now solar powered, thanks to SolarCity! The house has recently received many upgrades including custom kitchen, new La-Z-boy leather living room furniture, new patio seating area with fire pit, and a new entry gate. We use only Boll & Branch™, Pottery Barn, or Tommy Bahama bedding. The owners live on the property and are usually always available to answer questions. We like to give our guests as much space as they desire, so we never intrude unless asked. The courtyard between the main house and guest house as well as the backyard are for the exclusive use of our guests. We have our own deck on the other side of the house which we use while guests are staying.
