Walking in the front gate, you enter a patio oasis, a perfect place to sit, sip your morning coffee, and watch the world go by.
After being welcomed by an inviting living room and grand piano for music lovers, there is also a cozy den for watching TV or playing cards.
The teak wood rectangular dining room table seats 6 people.
As you enter the bedroom retreat, you'll notice the peaceful decor and a queen-sized bed with clean cotton sheets and soft cozy linen duvet, with lights to read by at night, and a good-size walk-in closet.
The bathroom sits next to the bedroom and has a shower/tub combo.
The galley kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, full size Fisher and Paykel refrigerator, dishwasher and a microwave. There are plenty of pots and pans for cooking; for you coffee-lovers, three types of coffee makers (keurig, Mr. Coffee and an espresso machine with frother).
On your way to the back courtyard is an office space/beach mudroom, equipped with wi-fi, ethernet cable and a large montior atop a good sized desk to set up your work area.
The back courtyard has a Weber grill, dining set, and overhead trellis lighting. A lovely and quiet young couple, who are long-term tenants, live in the detached garage studio. Their portion of the courtyard is fenced off from yours.
There is a shared washer and dryer in the rear of the garage.
Beyond the garage, on the rear alley, is one parking space - reserved for your exclusive use.

Walk 300 steps to the Pier -- take a stroll, see fishermen, watch surfers, enjoy views of Long Beach Harbor and Catalina Island, and don't miss the gorgeous sunsets.
