Summary: Home was very nice and comfortable; 3 beds and 2 baths means it would be great for a friends trip or a family. This is the first time it's been rented and there were some issues that needed buttoning up, which I've shared with the hosts who were receptive to feedback. I imagine these will be straightened up for next renter. Host was good at responding to my questions as they arose. Home is on a busy street, which could be most at times, but it was never difficult to find street parking for quick in and out, and they're was driveway parking behind gate. There is a learning curve to navigating but it is nice to have the guaranteed secure spot. The neighborhood is authentic, as yet ungentrified, which is good to see. Lots of small businesses, restaurants, bodega style markets. You'll need to drive a bit to find your bigger markets but it's not a big deal. I didn't use the hot tub but it was nice to have it available, as well as the front porch and back deck. Nearby streets are palm tree lined, tall and lovely. The parakeets come squawking thru in the mornings and evenings. Very residential area, some streets better kept than others. Felt safe, with proper precautions. It's nice to be in an area that doesn't feel overrun by airbb/ with no actual residents. A nice big scrabble board and a piano are homey touches. Check in and out are both earlier than most properties I've stayed at so keep an eye out and make adjustments accordingly. Nice place to stay for a w
