IMPORTANT - READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING This is the perfect location for your Southern California adventure. Centrally located in Long Beach near the 405 & 710 freeways, you will be minutes away from area attractions. Our home is 3 bedrooms: one has a queen size bed, the other two have one double and one twin bed each and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. There are 2 full bathrooms and a full dining area. The living space is open and comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked.
The house is not in a pretty area. It is in a blue-collar neighborhood, very diverse, everyone is friendly. There is a tall brick wall across the street, and it can be scruffy in parts. There is noise at times from nearby rail yards and refinery but it’s not persistent. The streets can be dirty. Most of our guest don't mind the surrounding area, since they are with us for short stays and to enjoy the Southern California attractions, they rate our location 3 or 5 stars.
The house is about 25 minutes from LAX, 10 minutes from Cal State Long Beach and the Long Beach Airport. Long Beach is the perfect area to reach all Southern California amazing attractions. Easily get to the Queen Mary and the Aquarium of the Pacific or the Dignity Health Stadium. You can reach Downtown LA or Disneyland with a 30 minute drive.
