We are near a park and close to restaurants and breweries. Relax in our spacious yard and create wonderful memories! This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an open floor plan is great for hosting family and friends. Walking distance to Oak Park Brewing Company, fast wifi, coffee shops, restaurants and night life. And only a 5–10-minute Lyft/Uber ride to UCD Medical Center, Midtown, Old Sacramento, Golden One Center, festival/event venues and much more.
The Space:
This house has a master suite with a private bathroom, front bedroom with private bathroom access and a third bedroom/quiet work area overlooking a big backyard.
The high-speed internet, comfy pillow top beds, well-appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, and other details is what makes this house a home.
While visiting also take time out to relax on the covered front porch or backyard patio and gaze up at century old trees that add to the character of this quaint, quiet neighborhood.
Our goal is that each guest has a great experience. We hope that part of this is achieved through the unique, homey, and comfortable space we’ve worked hard to create!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house and all amenities offered.
The Neighborhood:
We are located in a quiet street minutes away from a large park.
If you get the chance, try the city's newest form of transit - electric scooter sharing! Electric scooters are becoming more and more popular in the area and are a really fun way to get around. Of course Uber and Lyft are readily available, too.
Public transportation runs up and down the main cross street (Broadway); although we’re not the best with navigating the routes. Midtown is a 4 minute car ride away.
Getting Around:
We offer street parking. The spot in front of the home is always available!
Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of Friday morning garbage days. We ask that guests roll out the garbage (if possible) on Thursdays.
NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)
Interaction with Guests:
You may say hello in the doorbell camera! We are also less than 2 miles away if needed and are often grabbing a bite to eat at one of the nearby eateries!
