Positive: The location was perfect for our outing. Unfortunately you couldn't enjoy the poolside view or the front view from the living room. The kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group.

Negative: I did NOT like being handed off to a company called "i trip Temecula" owned by a woman named Gemma. I signed a contract with Booking.com who provided me with check in at 3 pm and check out at 11 am. Gemma said that our contract was with her and check in was at 4pm and checkout at 10 am. She told me she was the owner of the property when I first spoke with her which I later found out was a lie-she was the owner of i trip Temecula NOT the property. She was extremely rude to me both in texts and on the phone. If Booking.com deals with this company I will not book through them again.

Summary: The property was great. The person with whom I dealt was HORRIBLE and put a cloud on the stay.
