This Grade 2 listed dog friendly cottage is located in the heart of Malmesbury. Just a short walk from the town centre where you will find the historic Abbey as well as the High Street which offers a lovely range of pubs, restaurants and independent shops. This cottage is arranged over four floors and is deceptively spacious. It has beautiful period features including a large fireplace, flagstone flooring, stone walls and wooden beams.
The space
There are two double bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a king sized bed. There are two reception rooms. The first a space for contemplation on the snuggler or the rocking chair. The second reception room has a dining table which will seat four comfortably as well as a large open fire and two very comfy sofas - ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave oven. There is an upstairs toilet. Downstairs there is a bathroom and utility room which lead out to the fully enclosed garden.
You will benefit from gas central heating. All towels and bed linens can also be provided.

Utilities: hairdryer and access to all cleaning products, iron, ironing board, washing machine, tumbler dyer and washing line
Kitchen: Help yourself to store cupboard items. There is always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar.
Dogs: well behaved dogs are welcome. The garden is self contained and dog proof.
Guest access
You will be able to access the entire property, with the exception of one small bedroom which is used for storage.
Other things to note
The property is spread out over four floors and has three flights of stairs so not suited to those with limited mobility.
Free on street parking is available in adjacent streets.
