We welcome you to enjoy a private sanctuary located in Gossamer Grove, a newly constructioned neighborhood that is peaceful and safe. This one bedroom apartment suite is a great place for family or professionals. There are multiple parks inside the community and offer anything from a game of pickleball, basketball, tennis or a nice leisurely walk or jog on one of the walking paths nearby. Two of the parks offer outdoor exercise equipment as well. The home is conveniently located near the 99 and 5 freeways, minutes from the Meadows airport and 10 minutes away from downtown Bakersfield. The space is a 1 bedroom apartment suite attached to our home, but completely private with a separate entrance.Guest access-Keyless entry with a code that changes with each reservation. Other things to note-We provide a fully stocked coffee/tea bar to start your morning off right! Kitchenette is stocked with every thing you will need in order to prepare meal with granite countertops, a convection microwave, hot plate, fridge/freezer, ice/filtered and chilled water dispenser, garbage disposal, dining and cookware - including wine glasses!-Living room has a smart television to stream your favorite apps and a couch with a queen-sized pull-out bed (extra bedding and pillows provided). There is a remote controlled fireplace for those chilly evenings. The coffee table pulls up to double as a workstation or a spot for snacks while you watch your favorite movie.The bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and walk-in closet.There is a desk workstation that can also double as a vanity, with a mirror above. There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, plenty of towels, and amenities - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, makeup towelettes, hair dryer, cotton rounds, toothbrush and Qtips. Full size washer and dryer with laundry soap and fabric softener. Plenty of street parking directly in front of your apartment suite and on the side. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
