You choose from Langstone, Caswell, Pobbles, Three Cliff, Tor Bay, Oxwich, Rhossili , Llangennith and Broughton all within 15 miles. Swansea itself is a coastal city with rich history, diverse culture, and offers a range of attractions, including Swansea Bay beach, Blackpill beach front toddlers Lido, Clyne Valley Country Park, the new Swansea Arena, Swansea Leisure Centre, the National Waterfront Museum, and the Swansea Marina all within 5 miles.

A fourth bedroom is located on this also floor, and is available by request.
At the back of the house is a large patio with outdoor seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks admiring the sunset.
There is a large enclosed garden set to lawn for the children to enjoy.
