Summary: Check in was easy. The staff was great. Everything was clean and the view was nice. My only complaints were that I wish the bed was softer but I was still able to sleep well. The bigger issue was that the pillows were both very large and there wasn't multiple pillow sizes to try like most hotels have. I had to use some towels to sleep.
