The Space:
Enjoy the great location in the Sea Ranch, just 4-minutes away from the Shell Beach Access Trail, 7-minutes away from the Del Mar Recreation Center, and less than 10-minutes away from Gualala Point Regional Park.
The main living space has a bright open floor plan. The cozy living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a gas fireplace and mounted flat-screen TV. Smart TV, and WIFI are provided for your entertainment. Lounge chairs are situated in front of large windows, offering the perfect space to curl up with a good novel.
The kitchen is prepared with stainless steel appliances for delicious meals. There is a drip coffee maker, and microwave. The kitchen counter has seating for 2 and the dining table has seating for 6. If you're in the mood to dine alfresco, step outside onto the private deck clad with a propane BBQ and outdoor dining table.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch Lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. RV's, trailers, or mobile homes are strictly not allowed.
