Our newly designed and furnished bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms. Two come with a fireplace, and they all have TVs, & e-locks on each of the doors. There is a coworking space, full kitchen, backyard, grill, and outdoor TV. Perfect for large groups, corporate, and families.

The centrally located neighborhood is called South Park and is on the border of Balboa Park and Downtown. E-locks on both the front door and your bedroom door for self check in and keyless entry, outside and interior common area security cameras and lights for added security. Close to the 5, 94, 15, and 163 freeways. 5 minutes away from Downtown, Convention Center, Balboa Park, and the Zoo, 10 minutes from beaches, Coronado, SeaWorld, Mission Valley, and Fashion Valley.
