Wood floors, custom tile and a beautiful kitchen. There’s a front and large backyard which is shared with great neighbors. The living room is comfortable and has a 50 inch flat screen TV with cable.. I have bikes in the backyard and surfboards to borrow. This place has many upgrades and a homie feeling to it. There’s parking on the street and in front of the house.
