1) Arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the House Rules. If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.
2) Please leave the place neat and clean before leaving. This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the bathroom.
3) Check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time. Please don't arrive early without prior notice.

6) This is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment. Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite time is 9pm-7am.
